2018 Price Increase

After delaying my scheduled price increase last January, I will be increasing the cost of my classes from January 2018.

When paying for a term the cost per session will increase from £7.00 to £7.50

When paying on a 'drop in' basis, the cost per session will increase from £8.50 to £9.00

When attending 2 classes a week the second session will increase from £.5.50 to £6.00

Timetable Update

Pleasse note the timetable changes taking place from september 2017.

My Thursday evening classes are moving to a Tuesday Starting Tuesday 12th September,  everything else will stay the same.

Pilates for Runners A Great Success

Pilates for Runners was a great success, I will be repeating this course again in March.

2017 Fund Raising for Children’s Hospice South West

It Is hard to believe that we are coming to the end of 2017! 

What a great year! I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has attened my classes over the last year, it has been a real pleasure.

Our fundraising efforts have been equally as impressive, we have already raised  £773.00 for The Childrens Hospice South West!!!! unbelievable! and thank you so much for continuing to buy the prize draw tickets.

Tickets are on sale now for the final draw of 2017,  wouldn't it be great to reach £1,000.00
