James D’Silva developed the Garuda method after years of experience in performing, choreographing and teaching dance, yoga, Pilates and numerous movement techniques. As he did so, he introduced this method as a personal trainer to Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Trudie Styler.
By integrating the principles of Pilates, pranayama, taichi, asanas and spirituality of yoga, the grace and athleticism of dance James created an holistic, organic and dynamic 21st century fitness.
